Shipping Beyond.
How GXM actually works.
GXM is the operating call sign of Garret Manno — but when the brief calls for it, the work pulls in a small crew of trusted specialists matched to the actual problem: a designer here, a videographer there, whoever the deliverable actually demands.
No bench, no overhead, no upsell. When the work is done, the crew dissolves and the client keeps the asset. It's the opposite of an agency — and on purpose. Briefs are scoped in days and weeks, not retainers, and most of our collaborators are people we've been shipping alongside for years.
What we run in-house.
The disciplines below are GXM's core. We design, build, ship, and hand off across all of them without subcontracting the work. When a brief asks for something genuinely outside our wheelhouse, we pull from a small specialist roster of operators we've shipped alongside before — never anonymous contractors.
What GXM will not do.
We don't take on briefs we can't ship cleanly. We don't bolt on retainers to soften the invoice. We don't farm work to anonymous contractors — every hand on a deliverable has a name and a track record. And we don't bend our ethics or drift from the mission — no line item is worth it.
